Flex Part-Time Receptionist / Escrow Support
Location: Juneau, Alaska

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Flex Part-Time Receptionist / Escrow Support team member to support our Juneau office. This hybrid role combines front desk responsibilities with administrative support for escrow operations. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a
Key Responsibilities
Reception / Front Desk
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and route incoming calls promptly
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments and assist with office coordination

Escrow Support
  • Assist escrow officers with file setup, document preparation, and data entry
  • Order payoffs, tax information, and other required documents
  • Prepare and review escrow-related paperwork for completeness
  • Support closing processes and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with company and regulatory standards

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous receptionist, administrative, or escrow/title experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems
