Job description

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant, Executive Office supporting a dynamic leadership team working Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This is a contract-to-hire Administrative Assistant opportunity offering consistent part-time hours, hybrid flexibility, and exposure to executive-level operations.
This Administrative Assistant, Executive Office position is perfect for someone who can manage competing priorities, support high-level stakeholders, and keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct administrative support to Executive Office leadership
  • Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence and internal documents
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agendas, materials, and logistics
  • Manage executive and committee calendars
  • Support contract workflows, including DocuSign tracking and documentation
  • Coordinate communication with internal teams and external legal counsel
  • Maintain administrative systems, records, and workflow processes
  • Assist with volunteer onboarding, offboarding, and related documentation
  • Track follow-ups and ensure timely completion of operational tasks
  • Support special projects and additional administrative needs as assigned

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative assistant or executive support role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and DocuSign
  • Basic project management skills preferred
  • Ability to work a consistent part-time schedule Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
  • Flexibility to support occasional in-office needs in Chicago
