This is a Part-time position, <30 hours per week.
The coordinator is responsible for coordinating administrative office operations while supporting site shipping, receiving, and logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily office, shipping, and receiving activities to support efficient facility operations and workflow.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, contractors, vendors, and drivers, ensuring site security, compliance, and adherence to applicable DOT requirements.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments regarding incoming deliveries, outgoing shipments, warehouse activities, and related logistics needs.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain accurate shipping, regulatory, quality, and inventory documentation, including data entry in SAP, spreadsheets, and other business systems.
  • Provide administrative support, including mail distribution, filing, recordkeeping, meeting coordination, conference room scheduling, and business meal arrangements.
  • Coordinate office and facility services, including office supplies, maintenance requests, cleaning services, and vendor support to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Support truck scale operations and provide backup coverage for shipping and receiving functions, while participating in process improvements and other duties as assigned.
Currently a part-time position that works 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM schedule Monday - Thursday, then 7:00 AM to 11 AM on Friday. Potential to eventually transition to a full-time position.Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $44,430.00 and $65,164.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
