Job description

Position: Part time Administrative Support
Work Location: San Clemente CA 92672
Pay rate: $20-$25 DOE
Duration: 3+ Months role with high chances of extension/conversion

Shift: 20 hours/week, flexible. 8AM – 12 PM or 9AM – 1PM

Job Description:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and telephone
  • Enter sales orders and purchase orders into QuickBooks
  • Coordinate shipping details with warehouse staff
  • Provide occasional assistance in the warehouse as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred
  • Willingness to assist in the warehouse when additional help is required

Other details: 

  • This is a small, tight-knit team of friendly and supportive individuals. We’re looking for someone with a positive, go-with-the-flow attitude who’s comfortable pitching in where needed.
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required—most tasks involve entering sales orders and tracking purchase orders. The work schedule is flexible.
