Part-Time Administrative Assistant

We're looking for an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our office. If you're experienced with billing, AP/AR, payroll, enjoy keeping things organized, and are comfortable juggling multiple administrative tasks, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Process and assist with billing, AR, and AP.
  • Process and assist with payroll activities accurately and confidentially.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Assist with data entry and document preparation.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain office records and ensure documents are filed correctly.
  • Support HR, accounting, and management with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Perform other clerical duties to keep the office running smoothly.

  • Previous administrative assistant or office support experience required.
