Breaking Barriers Institute (BBI) is seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Part-Time Office Administrator to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily office operations, staff coordination, client services, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing excellent customer service to families and employees.
Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and office inquiries.
  • Assist with client intake processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Support scheduling needs for therapy services, meetings, and office activities.
  • Monitor and respond to administrative requests from staff and families.
  • Maintain electronic and physical files while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and employee paperwork.
  • Track compliance documents, certifications, and training requirements.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.
  • Support billing, authorization tracking, and data entry as assigned.
