Connect Staffing is hiring an Admin Assistant for a large soil company in Jurupa Valley, CA. This is a temp-to-hire position paying $23.00/hr, Monday through Friday. In this role, you will support the Office Manager with data entry, SAP reports and invoices, and posting and reconciling across HR, accounting, and general office functions. This is a stable daytime schedule with no weekends.


Pay: $23.00/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Location: Jurupa Valley, CA

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Primary workplace language(s): English

Responsibilities

  • Input SAP reports and invoices accurately into the system.
  • Post and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
  • Maintain records and perform data entry to keep office files organized and current.
  • Process incoming mail, file documents, answer phones, and greet and assist visitors.
  • Update reports and assist the Office Manager with HR, accounting, and general administration tasks.



Minimum Requirements

  • 1+ year of administrative experience in an office environment.
  • High school diploma or GED.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), or general accounting functions.
  • Proficiency with SAP or similar distribution/ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
  • Experience supporting HR (Human Resources) functions such as recordkeeping, onboarding, or basic HR coordination.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy in financial or administrative records.
  • Experience working in a distribution, logistics, agriculture, or industrial office environment.
