Rosemount Senior Living at the Steeple Center, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Receptionist to join our growing team.

Rosemount Senior Living, located just north of downtown Rosemount and directly connected to the Steeple Center. Our beautiful 92-unit, apartment-style community provides Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently! Our receptionist becomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community.

In this position, you will be responsible for greeting visitors to the facility through all communication. Duties include:

  • Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors and staff.
  • Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed.
  • Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner.
  • Assist with typing, filing, ancillary input, payroll and distribution of mail, accounts payable and personnel files.
  • Assist with the business office functions including administrative support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Related administrative experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job is preferred.
  • Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
  • Must possess advanced computer skills.
