Job Purpose
Manage and oversee daily parking operations across multiple locations within the Fort Worth market, ensuring operational efficiency, strong financial performance, and a high standard of customer and client service.
Principal Responsibilities
Oversee daily parking operations across multiple Fort Worth locations
Supervise staff, providing leadership, direction, and ongoing performance support
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain operational standards
Monitor revenue performance, reporting, and financial activity across assigned locations
Address customer concerns and resolve service-related issues in a timely and professional manner
Ensure enforcement, validation programs, and parking systems are operating effectively
Maintain regular communication with property managers, clients, and internal leadership
Support hiring, training, and development of on-site staff
Ensure all locations meet company standards for safety, cleanliness, and customer experience
Assist with operational improvements, process implementation, and growth initiatives
Perform other related duties as assigned
Working Conditions
Full-time, salaried position
Standard schedule Monday through Friday, with additional hours as needed
On-site presence required across multiple Fort Worth locations
