Job description

VALET PARKING ATTENDANT (Brooklyn, Queens, & Manhattan)

Starting Pay: $17.50-$18.50/hr. + Cash Tips


JOB DUTIES:

• Greet guests and provide professional customer service

• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently

• Explain parking rates and vehicle retrieval procedures to guests

• Inspect vehicles before taking possession and follow company procedures

• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively

• Assist guests and help resolve customer concerns

• Stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods

• Lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. as needed

• Perform light cleaning, maintenance tasks, and special projects as assigned


REQUIREMENTS:

• Driver's License with at least 2 years of driving experience

• Ability to drive a manual (stick-shift) transmission

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Professional and customer-focused attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand, run, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Valet parking experience preferred

• Customer service experience preferred
