Job description

Valet Shift Manager

Hard Rock Hotel and Casino - Tampa, Florida

Currently seeking qualified individuals for a valet shift manager position at the Seminole Hard Rock in Tampa, Florida

We offer a competitive salary in a high-paced field with room for growth.

Benefits include: Health Insurance eligibility after 60 days of employment, Paid Time Off, and various shift availability as it is a 24-hour operation.

Quarterly incentives are provided based on performance.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Completing daily reports like shift reports, disciplinary reports, damage or claim reports, etc.
  • Supervising all valet employees, including communicating schedules, verifying hours worked, and addressing any disciplinary issues that arise
  • Maintaining valet operations according to policy and procedure
  • Ability to attend meetings and conferences regularly

Qualifications:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Carry a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
  • Be able to drive both manual and automatic transmission
  • Have a clean criminal background record
  • Be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Be flexible with availability
  • Experience with valet parking and/or management experience

Skills:

  • Must have previous computer skills when it comes to file management, communicating via email, data entry, and record keeping
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in written form with employees and management
  • Must be able to multitask and troubleshoot/problem solve issues that arise quickly
