Job Title: Operations & Sales Manager
Department: Operations / Business Development
Reports To: Senior Leadership

SUMMARY:
The Operations & Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing daily parking operations while driving revenue growth through business development and client acquisition initiatives. This role supports the launch and expansion of AM Parking's next-generation parking and mobility platform by combining strong operational leadership with a strategic sales mindset. The ideal candidate brings direct parking industry experience, the ability to manage multi-site operations, and a proven track record of building client relationships and closing new business opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
โ€ข Audit data submitted by departments to identify discrepancies requiring resolution.
โ€ข Oversee daily parking operations across multiple locations, including valet, self-park, monthly, and event parking.
โ€ข Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high service standards.
โ€ข Manage on-site teams, staffing levels, scheduling, and performance metrics.
โ€ข Monitor revenue, reporting, and overall operational performance across assigned assets.
โ€ข Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety requirements, and company policies.
โ€ข Actively promote and sell AM Parking services and technology solutions to prospective clients, including developers, hotels, restaurants, and commercial properties.
โ€ข Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client accounts.
โ€ข Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, asset managers, and hospitality operators.
โ€ข Present and position AM Parking as a modern, technology-forward alternative to traditional parking operators.
โ€ข Assist with structuring service agreements, pricing strategies, and client proposals.
โ€ข Serve as a key ambassador for the AM Parking platform by demonstrating system capabilities and client value.
โ€ข Support the onboarding of new properties and ensure smooth implementation of systems and operational processes.
โ€ข Partner with leadership to refine and improve platform functionality based on operational feedback and client needs.
โ€ข Drive adoption of digital tools, valet technology, and payment processing systems.
โ€ข Assist them with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
โ€ข 3-7+ years of direct experience in the parking industry required.
โ€ข Proven success in sales, business development, account management, or client relations.
โ€ข Strong knowledge of parking operations, including valet, garages, and mixed-use environments.
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to pitch services, negotiate terms, and close business deals.
โ€ข Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving and business-building capabilities.
โ€ข Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
โ€ข Proficient with parking technology platforms, digital payment tools, and reporting systems preferred.
EDUCATION:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
