Job description

You will be the Paint Supervisor - Level 3 for the Coating & Finishing team which is responsible for leading paint and surfacefinishing operations on F16 and C130 programs.


Must be able to work multiple shifts


What You Will Be Doing


As the Paint Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for directing daily coating activities, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets are met.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Lead and coordinate all paint and coating work, enforcing safety and regulatory compliance while meeting quality, schedule, and cost objectives.

  • Translate production plans into clear daily work assignments and monitor execution to ensure timely task completion.

  • Identify and implement process improvements that boost quality, reduce cycle time, and lower cost.

  • Champion FOD prevention through training, bestpractice enforcement, and continuous monitoring.

  • Coach, mentor, and develop a diverse team, maintaining required certifications and building crossfunctional capability.
