Job description

A manufacturer of automated equipment located in Langhorne, PA is seeking an Assembly/Paint Supervisor to join their team. This person will provide leadership, technical guidance and support to the Assembly and Paint Shops. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate with the general assembly manager to establish work priorities and ensure that all promised customer shipment dates are achieved; Assist with assigning work to department personnel based on skill and ensure that established assembly methods are consistently followed; Ensure that all work orders and employee labor entries are properly updated and completed promptly; Assists in resolving on-the-job technical problems. Job requirements: Minimum of 3 years' successful experience as a technical lead or supervisor in an electro-mechanical assembly environment.
