Industrial Coating Supervisor

Pay: $70,000 $80,000 per year

The position provides leadership to coatings technicians, manages workflow, ensures safety compliance, and drives efficiency and quality improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations of the industrial coatings department

  • Lead, train, and assign work to coatings technicians and support staff

  • Ensure proper surface preparation, coating application, curing, and inspection

  • Enforce safety, environmental, and quality compliance standards

  • Monitor material usage, equipment condition, and preventive maintenance

Qualifications
  • 35 years of experience in industrial coatings, painting, or surface finishing
