Job description

Seeking an Industrial Coating Supervisor to oversee daily coating operations, lead and train technicians, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of industrial coatings or painting experience, supervisory skills, knowledge of surface preparation and spray techniques, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and safety documents.


Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily industrial coating operations and workflow.
  • Lead, train, and assign work to coatings technicians.
  • Ensure proper surface preparation, coating, curing, and inspection.
  • Enforce safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Monitor materials, equipment, and preventive maintenance.
  • Improve efficiency, quality, and overall workflow.


Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of industrial coatings, painting, or surface finishing experience.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
