Job Description
Primary Responsibility
  • Support the Coating Operator with thermocleaning, baking, blasting, and coating processes.
  • Follow all safety and standard operating procedures to ensure safe and quality operations.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to maintain smooth production flow.

Job Duties
  • Set up and adjust equipment based on work orders.
  • Perform in-process quality checks during production.
  • Report any irregularities or issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Maintain documentation and production reports as required.
  • Perform other duties as directed by supervisors or their designers.

Education and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 to 3 years of related experience preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot.
  • Prior coating, sandblasting, and crane operation experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
