About the Role

We are seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor – Paint Department to lead daily operations and support our production team in meeting safety, quality, and productivity goals.

In this role, you'll lead and oversee paint department operations, coach and develop team members, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining a safe and positive work environment.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience with automotive paint or painted products manufacturing.
  • Experience in injection molding.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
  • Experience managing production metrics and driving operational performance.
