Pay: $25 - $30/hour (based on experience)
Monday - Friday
Ludlow is looking for a Production Supervisor responsible for supervising manufacturing activities and providing support to Operations Manager. Make sure to maintain production in accordance with engineering specifications, time schedules, quality standards, cost goals and employee safety.ย 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential duties and responsibilities include the following.ย 
  • Providing technical expertise and coaching to resolve any processing issue, creating and ensuring the execution of correct action.
  • Analyzing and resolving problems of the assigned manufacturing departments, filling in when necessary.
  • Suggesting and driving changes in working environment conditions and equipment usage to increase the overall efficiency of the production operation.
  • Ability to creatively resolve production flow constraints
  • Ensures employees are properly trained to satisfy company procedures and requirements
  • Monitors production reporting and validates data reported is accurate.
  • Enforces company safety and quality system requirements
Education and/or Experience ย 
Required:ย ย ย ย ย ย  ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two to five years of supervisory experience and/or training
  • Good mechanical skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the company
  • Minimum of two plus years in manufacturing environment or related industry
Preferred:
  • Power coat paint experience a plus
  • Five years of experience in manufacturing environment or related industry.
  • 5S or Six Sigma training
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills
Language Skills ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย 
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints, product and component specifications, data sheets and procedure manuals.
