Job description

The PaintProduction Supervisor position is responsible to provide leadership, direction,and coordination of the Pre-clean and Paintdepartments in a lean manufacturing environment of aprescribed area. Responsible for safety, quality, and productivity, andis an active participant in Continuous Improvement, employee involvementand equal employment opportunity systems

Trainsor supervises the training of new employees
Liaisonbetween departments or groups 
Communicates and enforces quality standards
Ensurequality of materials and workmanship
Monitor,report, and correct variation beyond standards in any activity
Materials:
Ensure efficient location of materials
Monitorscrap for undue waste
Assistin quarterly inventory
Maintaintool inventory 
ContinuousImprovement:
Engage in continuous improvement projectsas a solutions-oriented team member
Use Root Cause problem solving techniques to bring resolutionto quality problems and prevent repeat quality issues
