About the Role:

The 1st Shift Paint Line Support role is critical to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the paint production line during the first shift. This position focuses on providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance support to maintain high-quality paint application and production standards. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to work a first shift schedule reliably.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical certification or training related to paint application or industrial maintenance.
  • Experience with automated paint line equipment and control systems.
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures in a manufacturing setting.
