Fallon Psychotherapy PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Counselor to join our remote team as a Full-Time Telehealth Mental Health Counselor. This role is pivotal in providing compassionate therapy to clients via our digital platform, allowing for flexible scheduling while enhancing mental health accessibility.

Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while serving clients through telehealth. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions remotely using our secure online platform, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.
  • Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations and establish tailored treatment plans to promote mental health and wellness.
  • Continuously monitor client progress, providing feedback and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to adapt to changing needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that documentation is current and thorough.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, including referrals when specialized support is required.
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards to contribute to a high-quality practice that respects client confidentiality and agency policies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with diverse clients, including adults facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. The goal is to empower clients to reach their personal mental health objectives through customized therapeutic approaches, fostering resilience and coping strategies.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active state licensure as a mental health therapist in New York, such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or PsyD.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively use technology in delivering remote mental health services, including familiarity with telehealth platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and engage in meaningful therapeutic conversations.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in providing individual therapy, particularly in a telehealth setting.
  • Proficiency in clinical documentation and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Compensation and Benefits

This role comes with a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
