Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the mental health status and needs of clients.
• Design and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific goals and circumstances.
• Provide individual therapy sessions leveraging evidence-based and solution-focused methodologies to promote healing and personal development.
• Utilize our teletherapy platform to offer high-quality virtual therapy sessions, ensuring a flexible and accessible service for clients.
• Deliver immediate crisis intervention services as necessary to support clients in distress.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to remain current with mental health best practices, industry standards, and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults experiencing various psychological issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Understanding the unique needs of our clients is crucial, as we aim to provide personalized care that resonates with their emotional and psychological well-being. Our therapy services are rooted in compassion, empathy, and respect for each individual's journey.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to form trusting relationships with clients.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to client care.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills to balance caseload and administrative duties.
• No history of disciplinary actions on record.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, previous experience in a telehealth environment is highly valued. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms will enhance your ability to deliver seamless services. Experience in crisis intervention and a range of therapeutic modalities will also be beneficial.
