Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ psychological needs and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Providing individual therapy sessions, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based approaches to promote personal growth.
• Setting specific therapeutic goals with clients and diligently monitoring their progress over time to adjust treatment as necessary.
• Offering teletherapy services to accommodate clients with accessibility challenges or those who prefer virtual sessions.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation to comply with ethical standards and practice regulations.
• Actively engaging in professional development to stay current with the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Your ability to establish rapport and build trust will be crucial in fostering a safe space where clients feel empowered to explore their concerns and work towards healing. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A current and valid mental health licensure as either LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills conducive to creating supportive therapeutic relationships.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to efficiently manage a caseload and maintain documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a community health setting or private practice.

Compensation and Benefits

Your hard work will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience. Additional benefits include:
