This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home in Chandler, Arizona or anywhere that suits your lifestyle. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular therapy sessions with clients utilizing our secure online platform, ensuring a comfortable and safe space for open dialogue.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique mental health needs of each client, making adjustments based on their progress and feedback.
• Monitor and document client progress rigorously, ensuring that treatment plans are data-informed and evolve to meet changing needs.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of all client interactions, adhering to ethical and legal standards in documentation and confidentiality.
• Collaboratively engage with other mental health professionals, therapists, and specialists when necessary to deliver interdisciplinary care that underscores holistic client support.
• Stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy to enhance client outcomes through continuous learning and adaptation of therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor with Fallon Psychotherapy, you will work with a diverse client base encompassing various age groups, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. Clients may present with anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, relationship difficulties, and more. Your role is pivotal in fostering a safe, supportive environment where clients feel empowered to share their experiences and work towards recovery.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees are welcomed but not mandatory for this position.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, including any of the following credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others to improve their wellbeing.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction and documentation.
• Ability to work independently while also being an enthusiastic team player committed to collaboration.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing individual therapy in a telehealth or remote setting.
• Comfort with technology and proficiency in using digital platforms for therapy sessions.
• Prior experience working with various mental health issues and populations, demonstrating versatility in therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, ensuring that you are well-supported as you support others.
