• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's mental health status and specific needs.
• Formulate and administer individualized treatment plans, incorporating the latest evidence-based practices aimed at achieving client goals.
• Deliver virtual therapy sessions utilizing telehealth platforms, ensuring a responsive and engaging therapeutic experience.
• Provide crisis intervention services, effectively managing emergencies and offering immediate support as necessary.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay informed of evolving best practices in mental health care.

You will work with a wide range of clients, including adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. This role requires you to demonstrate empathy and adaptability while tailoring interventions to meet the individual needs of each client.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach to client care.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently.
• No record of disciplinary actions on your professional license.

• Experience working with diverse populations and various mental health conditions.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy best practices.
• Background in crisis intervention and management.
