Key Responsibilities
  • Offer weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students who are pursuing clinical licensure or are currently enrolled in their Master's program.
  • Provide high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing a range of evidence-based practices tailored to meet diverse client needs.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals and connect clients with community resources to ensure holistic care.
  • Play an integral role in developing, implementing, and refining treatment plans that are aligned with the personal goals and needs of clients.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of therapy sessions and client communications, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Stay current with research, best practices, and advancements in therapy to continually enhance professional knowledge and client care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with various mental health challenges, couples navigating relationship issues, and families seeking to improve their dynamics. Our clients come from different backgrounds and experiences, making cultural competence a critical aspect of your work. This role is dedicated to fostering a safe, judgment-free space where clients can share their stories and find support tailored to their unique situations.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • A valid and active state license, such as Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Current professional liability insurance.
  • At least two years of supervised experience in mental health counseling.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing supervision to practicum students or new therapists.
  • A background in telehealth settings or virtual therapy delivery.
  • Proficiency in developing individualized treatment plans and utilizing various therapeutic modalities.
  • Familiarity with collaborative care models and multi-disciplinary teamwork.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 65,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on experience and hours worked, with the potential for unlimited earnings based on client engagement and service delivery.
