Fallon Psychotherapy PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Mental Health Counselor to join our growing team. This full-time position allows you to provide much-needed mental health support to clients in a flexible, remote work setting. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will evaluate individual client needs, deliver therapeutic interventions, and promote positive mental health outcomes from the comfort of your own home.

Work Environment

This role will primarily operate in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule and the ability to connect with clients through our user-friendly online platform. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions in a virtual environment, utilizing video conferencing tools and secure telehealth platforms.
  • Assess the mental health needs of clients through comprehensive intake assessments, gather relevant personal and medical histories, and provide effective interventions.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving clients' mental wellness goals while adapting strategies as necessary based on client progress.
  • Maintain meticulous client records, ensuring all documentation adheres to legal and ethical standards set forth in the mental health field.
  • Facilitate referrals and collaborate with external professionals, such as psychiatrists or primary care physicians, to coordinate holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
