Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual one-on-one therapy sessions with clients using our state-of-the-art online platform, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique mental health needs and goals, employing evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Regularly assess and monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in collaboration with clients to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records within our secure electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create an integrated network of care that addresses the holistic needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• You must hold an active and valid state licensure as a mental health therapist, such as:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience providing individual therapy, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for virtual therapy sessions, ensuring ease of communication with clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement and rapport-building with clients.
• A proactive approach to work that includes the ability to function both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, our benefits package includes:
