This position is full-time and based onsite at our outpatient office in Ashburn, Virginia. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. • Accurately document all patient interactions and treatment plans using industry-standard EMR systems, particularly WebPT, to maintain comprehensive patient records.

Our patient demographic is diverse, comprising individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, sports-related conditions, surgeries, and chronic pain issues. As a Physical Therapist at Empire Physical Therapist, you will work closely with your patients, establishing meaningful connections that enhance trust and promote collaboration in their rehabilitation journeys.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in Virginia, free of any sanctions or disciplinary proceedings.
• Exceptional proficiency in manual therapy techniques and comprehensive rehabilitation methodologies.
• Proven ability to design and implement successful therapeutic and exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with EMR documentation processes, specifically WebPT, to ensure accurate patient information management.
• Strong foundational knowledge of contemporary physical therapy practices substantiated by current research and clinical guidelines.

While 2 years of relevant experience as a Physical Therapist is required, candidates with additional training or certifications in specialized areas of physical therapy (such as sports rehabilitation or geriatric care) will be given special consideration. Your ability to integrate advanced therapeutic techniques into patient care can significantly enhance treatment efficacy.

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
