Work Environment

Our remote work environment allows you the freedom to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining a supportive and engaging team atmosphere. We operate Monday through Saturday, providing ample opportunities for flexible scheduling. You will receive in-house credentialing assistance and support with managing insurance participation and scheduling, which allows you to focus primarily on client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to determine their mental health needs.
  • Utilize your expertise to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, employing various therapeutic interventions tailored to client requirements.
  • Engage in ongoing communication with interdisciplinary team members, documenting assessments and treatment interventions while participating in regular case meetings and patient rounds.
  • Provide effective case management services by collaborating with community resources and professionals to ensure coordinated care and support for patients.
  • Complete ethical and timely documentation in line with department standards to facilitate continuity of care and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Sustain proficiency in evidence-based practices, particularly in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to assist clients in achieving their treatment goals.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on outpatient clients navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. You will work closely with individuals seeking to improve their overall well-being and families aiming to strengthen their relationships. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, truly making each engagement a unique opportunity for impact.

Qualifications
  • A valid license as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW issued by the State of Florida.
  • Commitment to providing a minimum of 10 to 40 hours of therapy sessions per week.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating direct engagement with clients and familiarity with outpatient services.
  • Experience in utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy sessions, including knowledge of any relevant software or tools.
  • Proficiency in conducting assessments and formulating treatment plans using best practice methodologies.
Compensation and Benefits
