Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to establish clients’ mental health status, ensuring individualized and well-considered treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor tailored treatment plans that are regularly reviewed and updated to align with the evolving goals and needs of clients.
• Provide virtual therapy sessions through teletherapy platforms, applying evidence-based methodologies to facilitate effective individual therapy for adults.
• Participate in crisis intervention as necessary, equipped to provide immediate support and resources to clients in distress.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to maintain knowledge of the latest trends and practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult clients seeking support for a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our diverse client base expects a therapist who can deliver tailored therapeutic interventions and foster a safe, trusting environment that promotes healing and personal growth.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients.
• A demonstrated capacity for compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental disposition.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a commitment to maintaining minimal paperwork to focus on client care.
• No history of disciplinary actions on record.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and technologies.
• Background in working with diverse populations, particularly adults facing complex mental health challenges.
• Previous involvement in crisis intervention and management.

Compensation and Benefits

• The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with the caseload and experience.
