Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their unique mental health needs and develop customized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to facilitate individual therapy sessions.
• Set measurable therapeutic goals for clients, continuously monitor progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients facing geographical or logistical challenges.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and records in compliance with ethical standards and practices outlined by regulatory bodies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and training sessions, to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, and families seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychological challenges. As a therapist, you will tailor your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client, facilitating their healing journey in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, enabling you to balance different caseloads effectively.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience with specific populations (e.g., trauma survivors, individuals with severe mental illness) and familiarity with teletherapy technologies are highly preferred. Additionally, candidates with previous experience in multidisciplinary teams or private practice settings will be given preference.
