Job description

We are searching for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to provide onsite support for VIP clients of the Credit Card division of a local bank. This is position is onsite, contract-to-hire, and pays $20 to $22 per hour.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls following AI agent interactions.
  • Provide support for customer inquiries relating to credit card rewards, new applications, periodic promotions, account maintenance, and general questions.
  • Train on and use the client’s omnichannel support system to manage customer interactions.
  • Deliver exceptional service while adhering to compliance and quality standards.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service in banking or financial services, credit cards preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, call center environment.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
