Front Desk Concierge (Overnight)
Position Overview
Stratton Amenities is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Overnight Concierge to support a luxury residential community. This role is responsible for maintaining a secure, professional lobby presence while managing front desk operations during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a secure and attentive lobby presence throughout the shift
  • Monitor building access, verify guests, and enforce all entry protocols
  • Conduct routine property checks in accordance with site procedures
  • Answer and route phone calls, assist residents with overnight requests
  • Manage packages, deliveries, and key control as applicable
  • Document incidents, unusual activity, and complete accurate shift reports
  • Ensure the front desk and lobby remain clean, organized, and presentable
  • Escalate emergencies or issues to management or appropriate authorities

Qualifications
  • Prior concierge, front desk, hospitality, or security experience preferred
  • Strong judgment and ability to remain alert and engaged overnight
  • Professional communication and demeanor
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable handling extended quiet periods without loss of focus
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn property systems

Requirements
  • Must be available for overnight shifts
