Pump Sales & Business Development Manager - Texas
Bring your curiosity to work as our next Sales Manager for Texas. You will lead our Texas sales team reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
In this role, your mission is to achieve or exceed our incoming order targets by developing and leading a high-performing sales team, accelerating sustainable growth in existing and emerging opportunities, building strong customer and partner relationships, and delivering tailored pumping solutions that meet the evolving needs of industries-driving long-term value and competitive advantage. You will contribute directly to solutions for our customers with high-quality products.
Short Description
As the Sales Manager for Texas you will lead the development and execution of the regional sales strategy, driving revenue growth through effective channel management, forecasting, territory design, and key customer engagement. You will also manage and develop the sales team, set performance targets, and partner cross-functionally to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with company objectives.
Your day-to-day
As the Sales Manager for Texas, you will
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans in support of company goals
    • Direct channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories and goals
    • Establish and assign sales territories for account managers
    • Meet with key clients, assisting account managers in establishing and maintaining beneficial client relationships and in negotiating sales
    • Establish KPIs for sales team, track data and present results to the executive team
    • Manage all account managers, providing performance feedback, setting goals, providing development opportunities and training
