VR Denta is expanding in the U.S. market, and we are looking for a highly motivated and relationship-driven Business Development & Client Relationship Manager to join our growing dental laboratory team in Houston, Texas.

This role is ideal for a professional with strong communication skills, sales experience, and a passion for digital dentistry and client relationship management.

Position Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Developing new dentist and dental lab accounts
• Building long-term client relationships
• Managing key customer communication and support
• Promoting our digital dentistry workflows and services
• Coordinating with internal production and technical teams
• Supporting business growth across the Texas region

Key Responsibilities
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

✔ Generate and manage new business opportunities
✔ Visit dental clinics and dental labs regularly
✔ Present digital dental lab solutions and workflows
✔ Build relationships with dentists, office managers, and DSOs
✔ Understand client requirements and coordinate solutions
✔ Maintain strong follow-up and customer satisfaction
✔ Help grow zirconia, implant, and digital workflow business
✔ Support strategic expansion of the company in the U.S. market
