Sales is a revenue generating and customer retention position. You will be responsible for selling employment solutions with a keen appreciation for quality and attention to detail. The successful candidate will possess excellent telephone sales and communications skills.

  • Identify who in the Houston market is hiring for staff in 2026-2027

  • OUTBOUND Calling HR Representatives/Decision Makers to develop new clients and generate job orders

  • Advise companies as to the best solutions for their staffing needs

  • Establish and grow existing client relationships with executives in the HR industry

  • Responsible for identifying sales opportunities
