What role you will play in our team
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager will lead end-to-end sales development and commercialization of Proxxima™ Thermoset Resin Systems across the Americas region. The role will focus on driving growth in composite applications, including pipes, poles, and tubes, with emphasis on Filament Winding and Pultrusion manufacturing processes.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of technical sales, with strong capabilities in value identification and capture, and demonstrated ambition and drive to identify, engage, and partner with new customers across the composites value chain.
What you will do
  • Accountable for scouting leads, identifying new opportunities, driving development and conversion of near- and mid-long term pipeline opportunities to Sales for composite applications such as pipes, poles and tubes, with a particular focus on Filament Winding and Pultrusion processes.
  • Manage sales development opportunities, identify and develop new leads and drive successful outcomes
  • Develop and respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, proactively build a business case for sales
  • Maintain and develop customer base and manage via Salesforce
  • Responsible for understanding the 'value in use' of this unique resin system and setting appropriate pricing strategies
  • On an annual basis develop account plans and set strategic direction
  • Attend conferences and trade shows relating to composite applications
  • Conduct weekly reviews to monitor the progress of sales orders, outstanding proposals, new inquires and customers

About you
Skills & Qualification:
  • 7+ years of experience in the composites industry, with a knowledge on filament winding and/or pultrusion applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
  • Results-driven sales professional with demonstrated success in aggressive prospecting, new account acquisition, and closing high-value commercial opportunities.
  • Proven sales and marketing competencies, including value-in-use selling, strategic sales pipeline development, and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Demonstrated ability to introduce new products to customers and successfully convert opportunities from discovery through commercialization and sale.
  • Strong capability to develop business cases, communicate value, and drive organizational action to support customer adoption.
  • Proven experience in managing pipeline projects and navigating complex technical-sales cycles.
  • High competency in market-facing behaviors and functional skills, including relationship building, value proposition development, and strategic customer engagement.
  • Relentless drive for delivering meaningful outcomes, supported by a consistent history of success in technical sales, value discovery, and value capture.
