ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play on our team
As an individual contributor, you will act as a strategic account and business development lead responsible for building strong engagement with key customer organizations, developing a sales pipeline of opportunities, and eventually working with regional teams to deliver sales growth. You will work collaboratively across regional, product, and marketing teams to identify and execute opportunities, while leading integrated initiatives across the ExxonMobil value chain and delivering value-driven outcomes for both the organization and its customers.
What you will do
  • Establish and strengthen engagement with strategic customer central organizations to build a pipeline of accessible opportunities, define sales growth targets, and take ownership of delivering the account sales pipeline
  • Collaborate proactively with regional managers, product line management (PLM), and marketing teams to identify, advance, and execute new business opportunities
  • Lead and coordinate integrated opportunities across the full enterprise value chain of ExxonMobil
  • Deliver projects that create incremental value for both the organization and its managed account partner
  • Identify, scope, and implement plans to expand fluids sales across additional company-owned business interests
  • Provide periodic feedback to stakeholders

About you
Qualifications and skills
  • Engineering degree from recognized university
  • Commercial experience, ability to coordinate multi-country sales
  • Project management, being able to balance commercial skills and structure
  • Leading without formal authority would be critical to this role
  • Show initiative and self-motivation: ability to connect the dots
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Additional language would be counted as a plus
  • Experience in Off-Highway and Mining would be counted as a plus

  • 10-15 years working experience
