Responsibilities

The Order Processing Clerk is responsible for accurately processing parts orders, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment, and maintaining high levels of branch/customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing order records, and handling branch inquiries related to orders.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor dealer inventory, additional stock and process parts miscellaneous orders.
  • Issue expedited and inter-branch purchase orders.
  • Accurately enter orders into the order processing system, ensuring all details are correct and complete.
  • Verify the accuracy of orders, checking for discrepancies and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Modify attributes of purchase orders as required for data integrity.
  • Address and resolve branch inquiries and complaints related to orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all orders, including order details, shipping information, and any changes or cancellations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or General Education Development (GED), required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, preferred.
  • Consideration is given to relevant experience and related certification.
  • Experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field preferred.
