Job description

StataCorp is seeking a motivated individual to join our Order Processing team. In this role, you are responsible for processing and fulfilling customer orders, providing high-quality customer service throughout the process, and maintaining the integrity of our customer database.

Job duties

  • Invoicing orders
  • Fulfilling orders through email
  • Adding new client information to company database
  • Updating existing client information in company database
  • Maintaining integrity of customer database

Candidate requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to pay close attention to details
  • Good judgment and strong decision-making skills
  • Good English language skills
  • Good computer skills
  • The ability to work four days, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 to 5:00 or 9:00 to 6:00 (one rotating day off per week). Weekend and additional hours required as needed during peak seasons.
