As a Sales Order Processing Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our sales operations run smoothly. You'll be the backbone of our order fulfillment process-entering data, managing communications, and resolving bottlenecks. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys working collaboratively, and is passionate about keeping things organized and efficient.
What you'll do
  • Accurately process sales orders, quotes, and fulfillment requests following established workflows.
  • Purchase goods from third-party suppliers to fulfill customer orders.
  • Works through tasks assigned efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proactive communication and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update ERP to support cross-departmental communication.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve process bottlenecks to keep operations flowing.
  • Keep your workspace clean and organized.
  • Comply with company standards and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in order processing, data entry, logistic, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order handling.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing order delays or fulfillment issues.
  • Proficient with basic computer applications and order management systems; experience with ERP systems a plus.
  • Familiarity with inventory control or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

The pay range for this role is:
