Job Details

Position Purpose:

This position is responsible for the timely and accurate order processing for the Activar Construction Products Group.

Principal Accountabilities:

โ€ข Receive customer purchase order; determine customer number, part number, pricing, shipping requirements, lead time, responsibility center and cost center associated with the order.

โ€ข For orders with new part numbers, request part numbers from the ACPG Engineering group or use of internal DriveWorks.

โ€ข Enter the order in the Sales Order module within BC.

โ€ข For "Drop Ship" orders, check the appropriate box to ensure the timely Purchasing of the product by the ACPG Buyer.

โ€ข Accurately file the Sales Order in the appropriate Sales Order file for ACPG.

โ€ข Process change orders as required.

โ€ข Conduct himself/herself in a professional manner in accordance with company guidelines.

โ€ข Other duties as assigned.
