Responsibilities: • Manage customer orders and product allocations from entry through fulfillment. • Investigate order blocks and determine root causes impacting order movement and fulfillment. • Perform data cleanup and maintenance activities to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency. • Work within systems such as SAP, Qlik, Excel, Winshuttle, and other business applications to support daily operations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Order Management, Supply Chain, Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, and Operations. • Support system testing, process improvement initiatives, and operational projects as assigned. • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Proactively engage with customers to educate them on processes and available service offerings. • Develop expertise in multiple business systems and continuously expand knowledge of organizational processes. • Foster a positive team environment while supporting an excellent customer experience. • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. • Perform additional duties as assigned.
