Job Title: Order Processor (Oracle ERP / EDI)Location: Los Angeles, CA (In-Office, Monday–Friday)

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Processor to support order processing and data entry within our corporate office. This role is responsible for accurately entering customer orders into our Oracle ERP system, supporting order workflow operations, and performing general administrative and clerical duties as needed.

Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is highly preferred, especially for candidates familiar with interpreting raw EDI data and supporting trading partner setups.


Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and process customer orders in Oracle ERP
  • Review and accurately input order data with a high level of attention to detail
  • Support EDI order processing and assist with interpreting raw EDI data (preferred)
  • Assist with testing EDI transmissions and maintaining documentation for trading partner setups (plus)
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including IT, to support EDI data flow and issue resolution
  • Analyze customer order requirements and ensure proper processing workflows
  • Maintain organized records, reports, and order documentation as needed
  • Perform general office support tasks (filing, scanning, copying, data entry, typing)

Requirements
  • 2+ years of order processing or order management experience
  • Experience with Oracle ERP or similar ERP systems preferred
  • EDI knowledge strongly preferred (order processing, data interpretation, or transmission testing)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and numbers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced office environment
  • Highly organized, dependable, and quick to learn new systems

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
  • EDI transaction analysis or trading partner setup experience
  • Experience working with IT or technical teams on data workflows
