Job Summary:
As a member of the eComm Order Administration team, you are a critical part of the sales process, ensuring orders are processed correctly so they ship on time and we can get paid by our Partners. Each account has its own needs and requirements, and you will be assigned and have responsibility for managing your own Accounts, as well as Accounts shared by the Team.
To measure your performance, you will maintain a KPI log that tracks your various areas of effort, including EDI issues, manual order entry, orders released, large order processing (bulk POs), and when applicable, returns/RGA work. The KPI log provides very clear visibility on your performance, the performance of the rest of the OA Team, and the significant contribution you all make to making the eComm Division successful!
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily, ensure all orders are processed in a timely fashion, meeting the requirements of each Account, required ship times, and handling or escalating any exceptions
- For Accounts that require it, update tracking information as it becomes available
- Support and respond to any Warehouse issues or requests as they relate to eComm orders
- Identify and escalate any system or platform issues/delays (SAP, SPS, Amazon etc) to the Sr OA; support any required action or resolution
- Cover other Accounts when a Team Member is on PTO and be open to overtime opportunities as business needs demand
- Track your performance as it relates to your KPIs and Accounts, ensuring it is current up to the previous week
- Meet with OA Team as required, discuss your performance, and surface any issues or concerns
- As the business grows/changes, take on new eComm Accounts as they are assigned to you
- Contribute to OA SOPs and Training documentation
- Any tasks assigned by your Supervisor, the Senior Order Admin

- Works well with the OA Team to ensure the entire order processing function is running efficiently
- Becomes highly competent with SAP and Order Admin procedures and processes
- Understands the requirements of all their eComm Accounts
- Continually looks to learn and improve the OA systems and processes
