The EDI Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing electronic data interchange (EDI) processes across the organization. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external trading partners to ensure seamless data integration, compliance with standards, and timely resolution of issues. The analyst will also support onboarding new partners, troubleshooting data flows, and maintaining documentation.
Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain EDI transaction flows for B2B integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and configure environments.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transmissions and resolve errors promptly.
  • Manage trading partner onboarding and maintain partner specifications.
  • Document EDI processes, SOPs, and technical configurations.
  • Lead or support migration from legacy platforms to modern tools
  • Provide production support and ensure compliance with business and partner requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Travel: approximately 10%
  • Position located in our Evansville office
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • 5+ years of experience in EDI development or analysis.
  • Background in retail, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing industries.
  • Experience leading EDI teams or projects.
  • Experience coordinating onboarding of new trading partners and managing EDI lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of EDI standards: ANSI X12, EDIFACT.
  • Experience with middleware platforms (e.g. SAP PIPO/BTP, IBM Sterling Integrator, MuleSoft Partner Manager, Cleo).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP (IDocs like DELVRY03, ORDERS05, INVOIC02).
  • Proficiency in protocols: AS2, sFTP, FTP, HTTP/S, SMTP.
  • Experience with performance dashboards and data integrity tools (e.g., Power BI reports for EDI order tracking).
