POSITION TITLE: Order Processing Coordinator

JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manage incoming domestic customer orders via EDI, Fax, Email and Customer Websites.
Enter Import orders into QuickBooks and notify appropriate team members of receipt of a new order.
Confirm to customer receipt of New F&D Grand Opening orders and verify fill rates at time of receipt.
Coordinate activities with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and timely product shipment.
Manage preparation of shipping labels which includes creating packaging, utilizing knowledge of inventory stock status, ensuring billing accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Prepare and send invoices upon pick-up of shipments.
Assist the warehouse with managing priorities based on customer shipping guidelines.
Make recommendations regarding EDI and shipping performance to minimize penalties and fees from customers.
Assist finance with processing adjustments for Amazon FBM orders and prepare weekly report.
Participate in cycle counting inventory.
Perform other duties that may be required based on business needs.

Operations Manager
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
None
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office, Word and Excel.
Working knowledge of QuickBooks and True Commerce Transaction Manager.
Ability to work under time pressure for task completion.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work activities to achieve desired goals.
Strong attention to detail.
Quick to learn in ambiguous circumstances.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
1-2 years of order management experience
Bachelors Degree in related field of study.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
2 years of order management experience.
