We’re looking for an experienced EDI Specialist who knows how to keep transactions clean, accurate, and moving without drama. This role is critical to ensuring seamless electronic data exchange with our customers and trading partners. What You’ll Own

·Process daily EDI transactions including purchase orders, acknowledgements, invoices, and related documents

·Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI errors quickly and accurately

·Manage EDI mapping, onboarding, account setup, and ongoing maintenance

·Maintain customer data including pricing, item/style setup, and account updates

·Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth order flow and compliance with customer requirements

·Support process improvements and special projects as needed

What You Bring

·2+ years of hands-on EDI experience

·Strong experience with EDI mapping, onboarding, and account maintenance

·Working knowledge of EDI platforms and managed service providers

·Solid Excel and Outlook skills (you’re comfortable working in systems all day)
