Job description

Cleaver-Brooks Canada Packaged Boiler Systems, a leading manufacturer of boilers and energy recovery systems, has an opening for a Processing Order Analyst at their Stratford Ontario facility at 161 Lorne Ave., W, Stratford ON. Hours of work are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday to Friday.

The Processing Order Analyst will be responsible for the processing of routine manufacturing orders - processing routing orders under the direction of senior order processor analyst.

Salary Range: $65,000-$70,000 CAD per year

Job Location: Stratford, ON

Non-Union role

Essential Duties:

  • Communicates discrepancies on sales orders.
  • Assists senior order processor analyst with the preparation of internal documents to forward orders to affected departments.
  • Processes fabrication drawings, orders and advanced order components.
  • Read wire drawings, blueprints and detailed drawings which include technical layout, multiple views, and assembly drawings.
  • Interface with internal staff as well as customers and vendors regarding technical issues pertaining to parts, design, usage, and specifications.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Able to read blueprints and engineered drawings.
  • Electrical aptitude.
  • Understanding of piping and instrumentation diagram/drawing.
  • Experience and good working knowledge of AutoCAD and Inventor is an asset.
  • Experience in American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) standard and IFS (ERP system) is an asset.
  • Relevant boiler product knowledge is an asset.
  • Processing knowledge is an asset.
  • Able to handle responsibilities with effective interpersonal skills and to effectively interface with others inside and outside the company.

Other Duties: Other duties as assigned.

Education Required:

High School Diploma, Post-Secondary Education in the fields of Supply Chain and Operations as well as Practical Elements of Mechanical Engineering plus 1 year training or equivalent work experience, is considered an asset.

Experience Required: 2-5 years processing experience in an industrial manufacturing setting.
