Join the Canada Sales organization on the Amazon Sales Team—where data meets growth. This team drives topline performance through sharp forecasting, strong in-stock execution, and disciplined inventory management. You’ll partner across Sales, Supply Chain, and Amazon to turn demand signals into results.

Job Description

What Your Impact Will Be: 

  • Own item-level forecasts and monthly shipment plans aligned to consumer demand and business constraints
  • Build and refine forecasting models using POS trends, seasonality, promotions, and product history
  • Drive forecast accuracy: measure performance, identify root causes, and implement improvements
  • Lead forecasting discussions in Amazon Joint Business Planning meetings; present insights and action plans
  • Partner with Sales and Amazon teams on in-season execution, promotions, and order decisions (chase/cancel)
  • Manage replenishment and PO flow; recommend domestic and import orders
  • Monitor and improve key metrics (in-stock, weeks of cover, fill rate)
  • Act as liaison across customer service, supply planning, and allocation teams
  • Deliver clear, actionable analytics to support business decisions
Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in forecasting, demand planning, or analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing large SKU portfolios (500–1000+) and translating data into actionable insights
  • Experience with statistical forecasting and retail/customer replenishment processes
  • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central, Cognos, or similar tools (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills in fast-paced environments
