Folding Machine Operator
Location: Mississauga, ON (Innovator Dr & Ambassador Dr)
Status: Full-Time
Available Shifts:
• Day Shift | Monday to Thursday | 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM | $20.00/hour
• Afternoon Shift | Monday to Thursday | 3:48 PM to 1:48 AM | $21.00/hour
• Weekend Shift | Friday to Sunday | 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Paid for 40 hours | $20.00/hour

Important: Public transit/buses do not operate after the afternoon shift ends. Reliable transportation is required.

We are currently searching for detail-oriented individuals with excellent hand-eye coordination to assist in operating folding machines. Training will be provided; however, previous warehouse experience is required, preferably within a pharmaceutical environment.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining strong attendance, punctuality, and quality standards.

Responsibilities
• Review dockets, understand job specifications, and complete required paperwork
• Make trays and cartons and perform shrink wrapping duties
• Feed and remove product from Longford, outsert, and insert machines
• Assist with quality checks and inspections
• Set up machines for parallel folds, stackers, and counter jobs
• Perform minor machine repairs and preventative maintenance (training provided)
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Meet quality standards and production targets
• Perform general clean-up duties and additional tasks assigned by supervisors or line leaders

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience required
• Previous machine operating or quality control experience preferred
• Pharmaceutical warehouse experience considered an asset
• Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability required
• Comfortable standing for extended periods during the shift
• Willingness to learn new tasks and processes
• Looking for long-term employment
• Own vehicle strongly preferred due to shift timing and limited bus availability
