Job description

REFORMD (By Sweat & Tonic) is Toronto’s newest premium Lagree Method studio—designed for high performance, high standards, and high energy.

We are seeking a professional and dedicated Part-Time Front Desk Team Member who is passionate about growing their career and delivering great guest experiences. The front-desk supervisor is responsible for all front and back of house operations while on shift including managing the front desk team, opening/closing the facility and making sure a premium brand experience is delivered for all guests. As part of the Front of House team, you will assist guests and build positive and lasting relationships with our incredible community.

Overview of Duties:

  • Assigned "keyholder" to open and close the facility.
  • Faciliate guest check-ins and assist with guest inquires in a welcoming and professional manner.
  • Deliver guest services in line with standard operating procedure.
  • Process payments accurately through internal systems for classes, memberships, retail, and food & beverage purchases.
  • Administrate account enquires via phone, email and in-person.
  • The on-duty "go to" for guest recovery situations.
  • Troubleshooting A/V issues in fitness studios.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the studio and machines, including light cleaning and tidying duties.
  • Track, maintain, and restock retail, beverage, and studio inventory as needed, while communicating low stock levels to management.
  • Report on shift daily through written communication log with management team.


The successful candidate will work approximately 12-20 scheduled hours per week, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time position. The candidate must have wide availability to cover studio hours: Monday - Friday from 6 AM - 9:30 PM and on weekends from 7 AM to 8:30 PM. Consistent weekly schedule can be discussed.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer service, administration, and/or hospitality experience with a premium brand.
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory position leading a small team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented
  • Personal interest in health and fitness a plus
